Double Toilet can be used as a portable or permanent building.

Steel framed construction, the Double Toilet is a stand-alone building or can be connected to an existing building with mains power, sewerage and water.

• Strong shipping container style structure with insulated sides and roof
• N3 wind rating
• Roof is sealed and protected steel sheet
• 4 lifting lugs one in each corner and forklift pockets for transport and site location
• Easy clean floor, walls and ceiling
• Vented key lockable door in steel frame
• Rear vents with fans
• Toilet roll holders
• Toilet brush and wall mounted holder

Electrical Certification:

• Compliance to AS 3000
• Electrical Certificate of Test confirming compliance to Electrical Safety Regulation 2013

Electrical Equipment Installed:

• External, IP 66 rated, Electrical Distribution Board (EDB) for mains power connection
• External EDB is fitted with 1 x 2 pole 10amp RCD and a test facility
• Australian compliant fixtures, exhaust fan, internal ceiling light and light switch

Plumbing Certification:

• Australian watermark approvals provided
• Form 7 is supplied by the installing plumber

WELS Compliance:

• All fixtures & fittings are WELS WATERMARK AS/NZS 6400:2016 water efficiency rated and compliant
• Toilet: WELS 4 Star, 4.5L full/3.1L half/3.4L average flush, Registration number L07047
