• Shower hub with rain maker shower head, shower rail, vanity with sink and flick mixer, overhead cupboard with mirror, toilet with soft close lid and exhaust fan.

• Kitchen, stone quartz bench top, stainless sink and flick mixer and ready for connection outside.

Windows and Doors:

• Double glazed windows.

Roof:

• Centre section: Top galvanized pre-painted 3mm steel cover + 50mm glass wool insulation sheeted both sides with .4mm pre-painted steel sheet.
• Main roof: 50mm glass wool insulation sheeted both sides with .4mm pre-painted steel sheet.

Frame and Walls:

• Galvanized and painted external Steel frame.
• EPS foam insulated walls and ceiling with steel encasing.

Floor:

• Water and anti-insect-proof floor, finished with a thick timber look vinyl.

Installation:

• Install on level ground.
• Detailed instruction manual provided.

Footing options:

  Note: Finished height of the surface must be level. Consulting a qualified person is recommended.

Final Connections:

• Final connection of electrical by the customer.
• Form 7 is to be provided by the customer’s plumber connecting the building to mains water and sewerage.

This product is sold as a caravan style product (non-fixed dwelling), designed to meet local council regulations concerning the longer-term placement (and the connection of services) of caravan style products, rather than fixed dwellings.
• Due to the inconsistency in legislation state-to-state and council-to-council relating to the application or approval process required for the long-term installation/parking/connection of services of a caravan on a particular property, Container Domes and Shelters and My Little House cannot assist with the process of acquiring permits or approvals and make no guarantee of compliance in any local council area.
